Green Smoothie
3 Rainbow Chard
2 ½ cups of Water
1 tbs of Bell Pollen - gel
2 Dates
1/8 of Ginger
1 ½ Frozen Bananas
-A pinch of Algae and Kelp
½ Vanilla bean
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Blend and Enjoy! =)

Fire on the Mountain Chips
½ Sun-dried Tomatoes (slice)
1 tsp Salt
¼ cup Dried Peppers (any variety: Chile, Cayanne, etc...)
2 cups Water
3 tbs of Basil
1 tbs Onion powder
1 tbs Garlic powder - blend all ingredeints then pour over 10 thinly sliced eggplants. Let set for 1- 1/2 hr than put on dehydrator sheets @ 125 til dried to your liking.....
