I can teach you how to grocery shop for available fruits and vegetables in season. I always pick ripe and organic produce. I can help you with finding a co-op to try to keep your expenses down. I will identify the equipment you will need to make raw life food dishes, like a food processor, mandolin, or slicer for salads and chips. I will recommend a juicer for fresh fruit and vegetable juice. You will also need to have a dehydrator for meals and fun foods.
We can discuss "The Raw Basics," including how to properly use a knife, the effectiveness of soaking nuts and seeds for meal and nut milk, and sprouting seeds for maximum vitamins and enzymes. We can discuss the basic flavor elements used in making dressings for salads, sauces and marinades. You will learn how to prepare quick and delicious meals and desserts, such as a green smoothie,nutritionally packed salads, and tasty dressings to make wonderful meals.
In example, the main meal can include anything from stuffed mushrooms to mock foods like pizza, sushi rolls, or soup. Also, we can make desserts from fresh, vitamin-packed fruits.
